We aren't finished until you approve our design to the very last detail. And thanks to our three-step process, we’re confident you’ll love our designs. 

The design phases happens like this:

 - Creation of initial design that captures the essence of your project

 - Formal review of initial design by company’s senior designers

 - Final design delivered to you for approval​

Marsha started her business with the desire to help all types of organizations to create the items they needed. With over 35 years experience as a designer, Marsha decided to expand her ability to help more businesses and created Legacy Design Leaders. Marsha was given her first chance at being a designer and entrepreneur under the careful guidance of Ruth Ann Menutis, during her employment at The Grove. Ruth Ann was her inspiration to stop being an employee and become a business owner. It is her desire to now pass that on to aspiring new entrepreneurs. 

Not only does LDL assist companies with their design needs, it gives freelance designers the ability to have consistent work with the freedom of being self-employed. LDL contracts designers with the necessary skills to fill the needs of its clients. Filling both the needs of clients and contractors is her greatest desire.

Plan

We LISTEN to you!  We let you tell us every aspect of what your dream design is for your company.  You’ll collaborate with our designers to meticulously plan every detail of your needs without breaking your budget.

The planning phase happens like this:

 - Initial consultation between you and a designer

 - Delivery of detailed plan and budget document 

 - Follow up meeting with you to answer questions and get your stamp of approval
